Mission Statement
Our mission is to operate and maintain the Kearney Area Solid Waste Agency Landfill in the most efficient manner possible; providing the best customer service to the citizens of Kearney and Buffalo County while complying with all health, environmental, and code requirements. Thus providing the highest quality of life for the citizens of the area.
Disposal
In addition to waste that must be disposed of in the Landfill cells, the following items are accepted for disposal at different locations on the Landfill property:
- Yard waste
- Trees
- Wood pallets
- Tires
- Appliances
- Concrete
- Asphalt
